Based on the season and the Chef’s inspiration, we will arrange a very special trip, with unusual equipment: pots and stoves, ladles and plates, in the search of ancient ingredients that nature has always offered us and that today are perhaps forgotten. The result will be dishes with a unique taste, full of tradition and authenticity.
